Dr. Julian Spencer-Churchill - Brief Biography
Julian
Spencer-Churchill (PhD Columbia 2001) is an associate professor in political science
at Concordia University, Montreal. His teaching focuses on the strategic studies sub-field of international relations. He started teaching at the university in 1998, training his soldiers in 1991, and coaching rugby in 1988.
